H.F.P. Presents... F.R.E.S.H. State Of Mind... 11.21.10 @ The Roxy

October 25, 2010- Los Angeles, CA- On Sunday, November 21, 2010, Los Angeles based music production company Honor Flow Productions will present their inaugural curated live music experience with F.R.E.S.H. State Of Mind at The World Famous Roxy Theatre in Hollywood, California. F.R.E.S.H. State Of Mind will feature four buzz worthy acts that have collectively graced the stage at some of Los Angeles' well known and respected music hotspots including The Key Club, The Whisky A Go-Go, The Little Temple, Busby's East, The Joint, and of course The Roxy Theatre: Honor Flow Productions, Rhythm Natives, Hugh Augustine The MC, and Da Physics Of The Ghetto, all bringing their own unique and trendsetting style of Hip-Hop live to the legendary Roxy stage.

Head of sonic taste making and commanding the wheels of steel for the night in between acts will AMP 97.1 FM's own DJ Kryp2nite, presenting "The Elements" has heard on latest acclaimed mixtape of the same name. Hosting the evening's festivities will be the charismatic Cashmere of The Red Light Lounge; a monthly live series that is quickly building a reputation as a breeding ground for some Los Angeles' most talented Hip-Hop/Soul artists and poets.

F.R.E.S.H was created in response to an era of Hip-Hop where originality is all but absent and duplication is not only tolerated, but commended. This event will showcase that has been a development and rise of a new generation of artists, who have not only preserved the creative spirit of the original architects of Hip-Hop culture, but furthermore, progressively pushed the boundaries of what the music has been previously known for.

From Los Angeles, one of the central cities that have helped produce this escalating renaissance, it is time once again to put at the forefront what this culture was founded upon in the context of the 21st Century. It is time for a F.R.E.S.H. interpretation that is not confined by the past or the present, but rather preserving while progressing forward.

This is the F.R.E.S.H (Free Rolling Ecstatics Signaling Hi-Definition) State of Mind experience. To, "bring a fresh experience through fresh music, made by a group of fresh individuals, with a fresh take on the fresh culture which is Hip-Hop. Broadcasting in the highest resolution and sonic frequencies to fulfill the mind, body, and soul for the betterment of self and those around you. Thus equaling an individual with an F.R.E.S.H State Of Mind."

This will be a night that will be remember for years to come as a breeding ground for soon to be impact players in not only Hip-Hop, but in music as a whole. Are you ready for a F.R.E.S.H State of Mind?

Trey Billie "4 Tha City (I'm So L.A.) Music Video

The homie Trey Billie just dropped the video for his joint "4 Tha City" yesterday. When this was filmed over the summer, Billie and J-Hyphen invited me to come down to the set to make cameo appearance; so I decided to come down and do "rapper things" as the director M.R Money called it. I can't keep a straight face and act smooth to save my life in this video, you see me laughing in the shots, lol!!! Anyways, speaking of Billie, I am proud to announce that him and his band, Da Physics Of The Ghetto are one of the four acts along with us that will be a part of F.R.E.S.H State Of Mind. What is F.R.E.S.H State Of Mind you ask? DETAILS AND THE OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT COMING LATER ON THIS WEEK!!!!
